CoF inspections at HTSL are carried out by our trusted compliance partner, Road Transport Compliance (RTC). With RTC operating directly out of our Otorohanga and Te Awamutu workshops, you can enjoy expert mechanical servicing and official inspections in one place, saving time, hassle, and keeping your vehicles road-ready.
RTC also offers Pre-Vehicle Assessments (PVAs) so you can sort out any issues before sitting your CoF. Together, HTSL and RTC provide a practical solution for operators who want to stay compliant without missing a beat.

PRE-VEHICLE ASSESSMENTS (PVA)
Suspect there’s something your vehicle might fail its CoF with? Book a PVA for a once-over before an official CoF. It’s a great way to anticipate and address any potential issues, giving you time to repair and retest without any surprises.
